For this weigh-in period, "poorly" actually means "not at all". I recorded no journal entries over the last four days because, to be honest, I couldn't keep track of everything that I consumed. Tis the season. Today was the first day out of the last five that I actually motivated myself to engage in some sort of exercise. I think that the inspiration came from the terrible sleep that I have been having due to the vast amount of booze and sugar that has been coursing through my bloodstream. Feels good to get it together.
