I'm far from perfect but somehow I managed to lose a pound last week. Even with going out for supper & beer last night. So, pleasantly surprised & happy.
70,3 kg Indtil videre tabt: 10,0 kg.    Stadig tilbage: 9,1 kg.    Kost fulgt: Rimeligt godt.
