Oh well I've put the 2lb back on again!! Feeling really pissed off. I daren't tell David. Had a roast chicken in Morrisons cafe today ... I have to admit to eating some of the skin as well as the meat but I didn't have any of the roast potatoes or gravy, just ate the peas & carrots. not eaten anything else today though other than toast for breakfast so am under my daily 2000 calorie allowance. Practically every day up to now I've only had about 1000 a day! I've also been getting plenty of exercise as well ... so why am I not losing? not bloody fair!
