Down a total of 5 pounds in 4 weeks! S-l-o-w! but sure. I lost 1 inch off my waist and 1.5 inches off my hips. Bust? still "hanging in there..." HA!
I put forth an 8 week plan for myself and am beginning week 5. It is very doable and although I was really sick last week, I managed to adhere to my plan, with some variables.
I did tweak my eating this past week and basically would only consume liquids from one dinner to the following dinner. I have been doing this in support of my sister who is at a detox place, to get her clean and boost her immune system. She is/was not addicted to anything, she had a tumor in her bladder removed and needs BCG treatment that hopefully will prevent any of this type of cancer from coming back. So, I have been starving along with her....not really...this past weekend I ate quite well! She wanted to be sure she was in the best place physically and mentally to take these treatments. Some people do well, some people get rather sick and fatigued from them.
At the end of the next 4 weeks, I am going to visit my sister for a few days and then I am taking her to Disneyland for a few days. Girls gone WILD! Can't wait! Have a great day everyone.
