ok xmas is done and I've taken stock of everything. Annoyed with myself for basically ruining all my hard work over last year. I'm going to get back on track and lose it all again plus more. This year I'm going to get rid of 2 stone permanently

I'm doing Paleo too! I have a dibetic friend who swares by it...so I'm giving it a try. Thanks for adding the Paleo information to the diet tips. Don't be discouraged....be positive and upbeat about your goals....you can do it!
