You can do it. Just stick to the diet & find a exercise program that you like & enjoy & you will be fine. I am proof. 2 weeks ago when I started this diet I weighed 250 lbs & now I way 234 pounds. So doing 2 weeks of phase 1 with the hip hop abs I lost 16 pounds & 10 3/4 inches. If I can do it I know you can do it. Keep your head up & take it one day at a time. I wish you the best of luck. Thank you! Sometimes I hope it doesn't go by fast because I am scared that I won't reach my goal by the time the two months is up. I feel determined this time, but I am sure those words have been spoken before. Well, here we go!

Don't give up! Just stick to the diet - it really works. I'm proof, I've lost 16 pounds in 3 weeks and that is without exercising. Keep trying and believe in yourself. Good luck!
