Water Fast Day #3 large traces of ketosis this morning, I just woke up and feeling a bit weak today, strangely hungry...maybe I'm a bit dehydrated. I hope I can continue my fast - since I have some social events scheduled for tomorrow evening, it's really tough in this period being on diet, whatever it is.
