as always, life intervened today and ruined my 'master' plan. I was all set to head to gym early and yada yada but our a/c went out. Now for some of you,this might sound weird but Im in Texas and we just had the warmest Christmas on record. It was 83 in my house when I woke up and I did not get much sleep. Our emergency maintenance is a total flunky (ill be complaining on him soon enough) never showed up so here I am sitting here waiting on the a/c guy. But ya'll know me, Im gonna find a way to turn this negative into a positive and make the most out of my day. My house does really need the attention and I found this new ab work out in a magazine and I can always spend sometime meal prepping and throwing out left over Christmas carbs. And then hit the gym for a afternoon walk if I still have the energy! I hope every one has a wonderful and productive day !
