good and bad day today. Woke up and had a killer work out but only after I had to wait on the a/c man again. Rushed into the shower and forgot to take off my fit bit and fried it. Grateful I have a back up (or 3 lol). So I couldn't sync my bit to my phone but was in a hurry so I worked out anyway and when I finally synced it, I lost my 7k in steps (Im in a work week hustle). Then DH took me to lunch at golden corral and I was really really good. Only had a salad and vegetables and a steak. Didnt log crap today bc on the way home I got car sick and have spent the whole afternoon in bed, prolly allergies too. SO made some progress but then half my day was shot to hell. Oh well,I didnt cheat and I got my work out in and thats what matters. And even though my steps werent officially logged, I know I got them. Gonna go back and lie down, just got up to move around bc Ive been binge watching Mr. Robot all day #vactiongoals. CHEERS everyone !
