didnt do to well this first day of getting back on track. We had some clams and cake and white wine left over from new years party and i ate and drank it. Shouldnt have done that but i found it difficult to say no to it after 9 days not following the diet thought. Well start over again tomorrow. Hope i will soon find it easier again.
