I did a big move yesterday from BIG dinner plates to SMALL salad plates for meals. I was eating dinner the other day and noticed that I just kept eating even though I wasn't hungry anymore. It's really weird to realize you are going through the motions because you feel like you HAVE TO clean up your plate! So yesterday I went ahead and pulled out a small plate that I filled so it looked 'full' (not piling high of course) and I have to say that it satisfied me just as much as a full big plate. Just another step to better health.
