Ok weighting in for the first time. The amount of weight that I am to lose is SCARY. I have been struggling with weight my whole life but I am now almost 40 pounds heavier than I was three years ago. I don't recognize myself in the mirror, my energy is way down and the "fun" me is no longer there. But I am confident that I can do it: I really want to be back!!! I am trying this French diet that allows you a very fatty breakfast, a protein packed lunch and an evening snack... dinner is optional. It is supposed to work in three phases. Phase 1, the most restrictive, is called "demarriage express" which I guess means express slimming. It is advertised to make one lose at least 8 kilos in four weeks... well I guess it is advertising... but still let's hope to see some results fast!!
