Its crazy to think about mini goals in terms of time for me. I've always been heavy and my only true attempt at losing the weight resulted in a year of gall bladder attacks before being forced to have it out 3 months ago. Now that I'm on the way again I still feel a little like I'm in a fugue state. After spending a month doing really well on Atkins my body decided to "relapse" if you will when it came up with 2 more stones, sticking me in the hospital for a week. So thinking about a tangible goal that is 6 weeks away... I'm at a loss. Hopefully literally (haha).
Realistically... I'll be 26 years old on the 14th. If I lose 2 lbs a week till then thats another 12 lbs down. I'm hoping that gets me into an 18. I have a dress I'd love to wear that I bought about 2 months ago. It'll look hot with the patterned tights and heels I have too. So a tangible goal I can shoot for is... the dress for my birthday dinner. :)
