My boyfriend has started on his own diet today so i'm hoping that with less choc biscuits and bread around i wont feel the tempataion to cheat. I've been in so many situations this week that have led to me eating the wrong foods when I didnt want to and its really annoyed me. I dont want to put on. I'm trying but I seem to have had a slip up every day, my fault or not its making me feel like giving up.
Someone tell me its worth to keep going!!!

It is! It is really, really worth it. But you might modify your diet so it suits your life better. Like I noticed when I was coming home from work I would start thinking about food and was always a chance that I would pig out / I found by doing errands and going shopping gave me something else to think about. I would eat my dinner later and have less time before bed / that made dinner my last meal. Hope you hang in there.

I carry a small baggie of cut celery. Rabbit food! But the chewing seems to satisfy till I am bloated with celery and cant eat any more. Give me a snack and I never have enough - binge city here I come!
