Made a very very yummy turkey stew & dumplings today with some of the leftover "xmas" turkey. A hell of a lot of calories at 807 for 1 meal maybe but it's snowing outside and icy cold inside our house between us ... so I honestly don't care! Anyway I needed some warming comfort food ... and I am still under my RDI for the day!
