I broke my Dry Fast yesterday starting with a Water Fast for most of the day and then I had some melons and pineapple in the evening, my stomach didn't hold the fruits too long though...still recovering from the dry fast but at least I have more energy today, I am still having sleep issues due to the fasts.
57,6 kg Indtil videre tabt: 4,3 kg.    Stadig tilbage: 5,3 kg.    Kost fulgt: Rimeligt godt.
