Week 2 of 3rd 6 wks, success (although skating the edge),138.4, body fat 35.2%, musc mass 85.2/2, keto neg, no exersize w 5:30 car pick up to airport.
Breakfast half cheese omlette on plane--aweful--coffee w half and half, lunch roasted turkey, diet coke, coffee w half and half (buffet--that's all there was that I could eat), plane ceasar salad (not sure what was in the dressing), diet coke, almonds, dinner steak salad (large), 2 glasses cabernet.
This break has been good for me. By break I mean, giving myself the luxury of maintaining over a 6 wk period. Tomorrow will mark the beginning of week 3 of pre-maintenance.
