I've just read the Primal Blueprint book and am eager to try this new way of eating. I'm having a hard time wrapping my brain around not having to worry so much about the amount of fat that is consumed and more with the carb intake. It appears that it's working for a lot of people.

No matter what I do I have such a difficult time dropping the lbs. but I'm going to give my trust and faith that this will work for me. I'm going to give it a full hearted effort.
