i am back! for good this time.
I have set myself monthly goals and set (nonfood) rewards for each month.
february 10th- 165lbs(again..) reward: acrylic nails
march 10th- 160lbs reward: BUY BIKINI
april 10th- 155lbs reward: new shoes or outfit
may 10th- 150lbs reward: TATOOO!!!
I think 5lbs a month is a reasonable goal...but i tend to overestimate how much weight i can lose? do we think thats too much? am i going to be let down?
my mom and dad are going back on weight watchers again starting this weeek, too. mom said she's considering going to the meetings..i might go with them, to be honest. i need to be held accountable by someone other than ME. lol.
