With things moving along nicely, time to make a few small tweaks to the diet again.
2200 cals. -> 2100 cals.
185g protein -> No Change.
250g carbs -> 210g carbs
55g fats -> 60g fats
was at 179 lbs. in June last year, hit it March 1st this year. 165 lbs. by May is the goal. Just might make it. Will be Low carb and high fat by the end of it.
