Im a bit worried im loosing too much weight too quickly.... im really shocked when i step onto the scale once a week. check out my new weigh in!

Wow...is it April 1st:) 15 pounds in a week seems strange especially since you have been on any crazy starvation diet. Did you use a different scale or put the scale in a new location? Whatever the case...Congrats and keep it rolling!

The first week it's likely there's some water weight in there that's a one-time loss. If you're still eating at around 1500 cals, I'd definitely up that. If you lose too fast, you're likely to plateau quickly, not to mention lose muscle in addition to fat. Sounds like you found what works, just have to tone it down a bit to make it more sustainable. Nice work!

Try upping your calorie count if it's a concern - beer is my choice for that. Also don't forget that your weight loss will tail off anyway after a while as your body will need to burn fewer calories to carry your weight around. If you're concerned about muscle loss do some weight training (which might be a good idea to do anyway - muscle creation burns a lot of calories).
