Well, Halloween followed by Thanksgiving followed by Christmas and New Years. I actually found my self saying that I would start my diet again after my birthday in February. What?!? There are two (2) things wring with that statement. 1.) This is not a diet, but a lifestyle change. 2.) Why wait until February? Let's go! Today I ended 2020 calories down for the day. I'm TERRIFIED to weight myself.
