I bought my first scale yesterday. So now I can weigh myself when I am supposed. I have lost a little bit of weight. I have lost three pounds which is accurate according to my calorie calculations. It will be a while till I meet my goal. I need to keep going and once I make it there I am not going to take care of myself to maintain my desired weight.
