I am going to embark on a new venture consisting of a serious workout plan with INSANITY (Shuan T!, and resetting my RDI to 1500 based on a low carb, high protien plan. Hopefully I will have all the pieces in placye by the 1st of Feb. I am looking forward to the new challenge! Thanks for your advise Kat!
