I haven't lost any but, I haven't gained even with going off my WOE for a day on my Birthday! So all is well and I am headed to Benson, AZ today for my sons Junior Rodeo. He is only 9 years old and is in 2nd place in the 9-12 age group in Calf Roping...I am sucha proud Mama! Good luck to all this weekend!

69,4 kg Indtil videre tabt: 9,1 kg. Stadig tilbage: 5,9 kg. Kost fulgt: Rimeligt godt.

Sounds like so much fun proud Mama! I have a birthday coming up and I think I'll ask my husband to make some low carb desserts. Happy belated birthday!

Congrats! Hope your birthday day was awesome! I also went off my diet on my birthday (1/20) and had cake & ice cream but it was SO worth it. My weight loss has slowed but not stopped. Sometimes you just have to live a little! Hope your trip is a huge success.
