Week 5 of 3rd 6 wks, 135, 36.1% body fat, musc mass 81.8, trace ketones, no exercise.
I'm very, very sick but have to go to work today--today is the day that people will be told they are being laid off and the person who works for me is one of them. I have to be there for her.(She is getting a very, very nice severence package and may even have an opportunity for another job within the company but she will of course be shaken and I want to be there for her.)
Ate almost nothing yesterday because I was sick but had an atkins bar, an atkins shake and some ham and cheese.
