I thought I knew what I was doing but realize I don't. I prefer weekly and It appears my weight is registering daily now. I don't know if it is because of the set-up on the challenge for February or not? I am not sure about updating the daily challenges either. Today, I have been feeling a bit tired since around 2PM. After I ate an orange I hoped I would get a rise in energy but I still remained in the neutral position.
Tomorrow is my official weigh day. I have kept up the momentum through this Thursday and am feeling quite tired but satisfied right now. Day 7 lands on Monday after Super Bowl. I'm going to have some chili and drinks but will keep away from the peanut M&M's! TOWANDA11
