Well I am happy this morning! My scale said -1 this morning. Now I know that is not a lot. But the number on my scale has not moved for the last few weeks. I think this calorie increase may work for me. But I may have just shocked my body as well. I hope I will be happy with the scale on Monday when I weigh in on here!
