Just finished my first 1/2 marathon and i am up 2lbls hope its just fluid....going to stay under 1300 this week and eat a lot of fruit and veggies. Going to do a flush and stick with low carb beer. I feel gret though and feel tight in my muscles. so not gonna freak out about the scale.
