I'm really not sure what my caloric intake is supposed to be. This site says 2000. Another site says 2300. I'm being told by actual people I should keep it under 1200. So, I really don't know. I'm terrified to eat because of the amount of calories in certain foods. I'm almost always hungry at the end of the day.
So I chew gum to try and trick my stomach in to thinking I'm eating. And I drink water like it's air and I can't breathe.
I don't know.
