Ended up weighing in early this week. I didn't loss and I didn't gain, so not gaining makes me happy. Have to get myself exercising, but really enjoying being outside walking and the weather really has not been that great in NJ. So I have to figure out what kind of exercise I will do over this winter. I hope for a lower number next week!

Just keep it up... maintaining is great. I need to get myself exercising more too... still haven't tried out my DVD I bought the other day, so bad me! It's more difficult in the winter though isn't it. A friend of mine has dropped 4 dress sizes with a little bit of help from weight-training, so I think I'll have to go in search of my dumbells. Good luck for this coming week though and have a great weekend. :o)
