Ive been writing everything down that I eat and so far ive not reached my points total for the past 3 days. I'm not weighing myself till Monday as it will be a full week then. I slipped up last time weighing myself every day and got discouraged when i didnt see a loss. Wish me luck x

Don't give up. And don't weigh yourself every day, you will just be disappointed. Stick to the weekly weigh in. Good for you, writing everything down is good, and stick to it. It certainly helped me.
