My weight is up today. I exercised yesterday, but ate too much last night. I am still going light on the exercises, but had a good kenpo workout and a nice hike yesterday. I hope to really pick it up next week.
94,6 kg Indtil videre tabt: 30,1 kg.    Stadig tilbage: 1,6 kg.    Kost fulgt: Rimeligt godt.
