Well yesterday wasn't a good day! We took the kids to a parade and one of our friends had a little get together there in the park with hot dogs, cupcakes, brownies, candy, hot chocolate and everything else fatting that you could think of! So I tried to eat healthy at home but by the time we got there and smelled the hot dogs and looked at all the junk around, I was dying! I cracked! I ate 2 hot dogs, candy, 2 brownies and had some hot chocolate, I feel like I just blew everything! Then last night we went out to eat and I felt like since I ate all that other stuff that I might as well just eat what I want and however much of it that I want to also! I had buffalo wings w/ranch, rolls with butter but I did still have water...does that help...haha just kidding! So I have to get my butt back in gear and keep going the way that I was! Gosh, I'm so mad at myself for doing that! So now I have to watch everything that I eat and watch it carefully because I want to eat all the good stuff on Thanksgiving and I don't want to eat junk all week and the go eat all that too...ugh! I guess I will just have to work out extra hard on Monday since weigh in is on Tuesday morning! Lots of walking...
