I know that when you're not feeling well the temptation is there because you think bread or other comfort food will make you feel better. I don't know about everyone, but that doesn't work for me. I find it totally throws me off. Try having broth with chopped up celery or chicken in it. Find new comfort food or you could be set back every time you get sick. It isn't worth it. I actually find that I stomach scrambled eggs pretty well, even when I'm sick, but that is not for everyone. Good luck and get right back on as soon as you can. I hope you feel better soon.
