good luck to everyone on the Christmas challenge! i've joined & hopefully i'll drop 10 lbs by then.

i decided not to get the mirena... for various reasons but mostly because of the hundreds of complaints i've read about it. i also have some cervical issues that could get worse if i got it. so i guess i don't have to worry about weight gain caused from that. now i'm just curious how my new bc is going to affect me. i've just started taking YAZ which is already clearing up my minor acne issues. it's supposed to help with PMDD.. which usually causes stress induced binges for me. we'll see! in the mean time, i've been doing pretty good with my dieting. however i haven't squeezed in as much exercise this week as i'd like. but i plan on walking about 3 or 4 miles this evening.
