Started the day of with 5 sets of 15:
Flutter kicks
Leg raises
Cross cross elbow to knee
Side raises
Hip thrust
I'll be doing these daily plus a 30 minute video of some kind.
Took me 28 mins but I took my time ;-)
Going to fast until dinner due to my Mother's Day celebrations. I love counting down to vacation! 41 days to go💥

You just kick your legs straight out up and down close to the floor. While lying down
