Down a couple more pounds this week. I was a little nervous because I didnt have the best weekend as far as healthy choices were concerned, however, I tried my best not to go too far astray. Things seem to be working out. I am supposed to be on Phase 2 by now, but I decided to stick with Phase 1 as per my last weigh in entry. I think that I should attempt some Phase 2 foods but I am slightly apprehensive that I will gain weight. Does Phase 2 seem to be working out alright for everyone on it and are there any tips I should know?

hi, today is my first day on phase 2 and and I’m pretty sure that this works in the fallowing manner: yeah, you introduce in your diet few more types of food but meanwhile you increase the daily time dedicated to workout, also you maintain the portions small. I was preoccupied with the same thing, it appears logical to me to gain weight in the second phase but I guess things are so constructed as to compensate.

Phase 2 is designed to keep you losing weight so don't be afraid to introduce the new foods!
