Feeling really good today, I haven't been tracking my carb counting but I have definatly been aware and trying to stay low on carbs and really thining about what I eat before I eat it. So far so good. I have lost 2 lbs. (back to where I was before my Birthday)! So I am feeling good about the changes I have made this past week and I am not feeling deprived of anything.
