Athletica's Dagbog, 26 nov 07

I took a break from exercising and ate a lot of turkey over the holiday. I did not gain or loose any weight, so I am happy with that. I am ready to resume with my exercise routine, and I teach 2 yoga classes this week.

This past week wasn't as big of a challenge as I thought it would be. I mostly ate turkey and veggies and I did some shopping, and played a bunch of games, including an intense game of ping-pong, so I got some light exercise in.

it's always good to give your body time to rest and recover, and i'm sure all the protein in the turkey did you good! you are staying so consistent, great job!
