I think I had a good weekend. Usually I eat things I have no business eating. (Junk food, fried foods... did I mention junk food?) I'm hoping it's due to my "eat in moderation" and "nothing is off limits" attitude. Still haven't exercised though. How can I motivate myself to move?

That is my biggest problem, exercise , ewwwwwwwww! I know it is hard and yes I have two little ones to yell at all the time still!! I do the housework thing, on my days off I wake up and say "o.k. today I am going to dust the entire house (it's a big house!) well, I can't just dust because that turns into twenty other multitasking projects all at once! And then I'm off, hey as long as I'm moving that is better than not moving!!
