kellylean's Dagbog, 30 nov 07

I've gotten my second cold of the season. I don't know why this is happening. Last time I got sick I was stuck on a weight for 3 weeks. Now I'm getting stuck again. I try to work out, but I'm absolutely too pooped to do much. I am completely eating on plan, but since I can't taste anything, I've been eating boring foods. I guess I'm just a little down. I was finally starting to lose again.

Be good to yourself while your body is healing. Pump up on fluids and try to stick to plan foods as much as possible. Don't overdo the exercise, that is like adding a bomb to the equasion. Remember this is a long term trek and small bumps in the road are to be expected. You are doing so great and I am proud of you!!!
