Night of indulgence lastnight as it was a friends birthday. Went out dancing but finished off with half a pizza at 5am this morning...which I now so regret. Have tried to budget my calories for the coming week by allocating the eats and drinks I had lastnight to the rest of the week...so at least I reach my weekly goals despite this bad behavior this weekend. Haven't made it to gym all week as I have been ill with the flu, so will be back full steam ahead next week and hoping to show good results then.
