I appear to have plateau'ed. Four days, and the number on the scale hasn't budged. I've been losing weight at a fairly fast clip, so I guess I was due for this. All the same, I'm bummed. Oh, well. At least I can now fit into jeans I haven't worn in 17 years, and was saving for the day when I could. Good and bad, good and bad, every life gets a heaping helping of each.

Use a seamstress tape measure and jot down chest, waist, hips bi/triceps and thigh measures every 3-4 days... that way, when the scale won't budge... your physiology cannot hide the truth from you, that you ARE showing progress!

Completely agree with From371to184! If you work out at all, you could be adding muscle.
