Getting close to my goal weight, so I will start increasing my calories slowly. Just started using chamomile-ginger tea to fall asleep at night, so am still adjusting the ginger as I do not like things really spicy--And ginger is hot. Will add 1 tbsp. honey this time, as well, and planned it into my day. I am thinking I will end up more at 1904 due to my hypothyroidism, but i can't be sure. This is just a guess until I see the doctor later this month. I only have 3 more pounds to lose, so am getting close.
