This really ticks me off! I think I'm going to buy another scale. I can't believe my weight is fluctuating this much. I'm 6'3" and keep my calorie intake around 2000 each day, which is well below what is recommended. I an average of an hour each day and keep active through the day. Why is it so hard to lose a little more weight? Or at least maintain it? It's just frustrating.
