So far I had 5 sessions with Paul, my person trainner, and my legs and bum are both aching... Since I started with Paul, I have been taking devil's claw as pain killer for my muscles. I have one session left to go. I hope I can keep up with his killer work out by being self motivated. I am not so sure though....

I bought a juicer in hopes to keep making fresh soups for myself, but the hole thing is just too messy, and I simply can't keep up with the amount of left overs; which means that for now I am sticking to "Soup Club" - £50 a month for 10 fresh made soups (400 ml each).

The whey protein is definitely one of the best investments I've made since I decided to lose weight. In addition, the spirulina supplement is excellent. By consuming whey and spirulina I ingest less meat. I believe that reducing my meat intake has been key so far for my weight loss strategy. Lowering my alcohol intake has also been key.

Cherry juice is supposed to greatly reduce muscle soreness. Haven't tried it yet, but google it and see. Great job on the exercise.
