Didn't do such a great job this weekend. Definately ate some foods that I shouldn't have. Weight is still holding where it is altho, I want to see it falling more! Won't happen if I start back some bad habits!! Have done very well with walking on treadmill tho. Am doing at least 2 miles every day, with incline set at a 6--that is a pretty steep hill!! Concerned about the 4th and celebration we'll attend but, I know I can pack healthy, proper foods to take along and maintianed my will power. Also leave for a trip to the beach Thursday for the weekend but, plan to take plenty of good things for that!
