I let myself indulge on Easter and I don't regret it. I DO regret letting myself indulge a little last night when I received last minute tickets to the Cubs game. Beer and bread. However, my head is in the game and I feel the changes in my mind and body beginning to take place.

I have been eating better and exercising more for about 4 weeks now. In college this would have led to a dramatic weight loss. Now, I am still hovering within 1 pound of 130 every time I get on the scale. Normally, this is where I would give up and call it a loss, but I know that the progress will begin to show soon.

The goal is to get all 12 Abs Diet foods in every day this week. The oatmeal is the only one standing in my way! Someone must have a way for it to taste better. Less mush, more bite PLEASE!

This knee injury is going to keep me from running. Hopefully, pulling from my Chalean workouts and alternating them with the Wii boxing will keep my heartrate where it needs to be for my workout tonight. Ready to feel a lot of burn! Just not in my knee :)
