won't go on the scales for a while, actually i am not sure that my above weight is right, haven't been on scales for years, so its just an estimate. i was amazed how much i do eat in a long day, shame there is no where where you can record gardening! or kettlebell training or zumba or bodypump or bodycombat, all the things i do!
